IMS currently utilise over 2,000 nationwide field team members in order to satisfy our clients' field marketing requirements. We place extremely high value on all our team members and provide them with a working environment which allows them to grow and develop with us.
All IMS field team members will receive the following benefits:
A Flexible Work Load - All field team members will be able to manage their workloads in accordance with their own personal schedule. This is due to the fact that they can book as much or as little work as they like - they decide their hours.
Training and Development - IMS endeavour to provide our field team members with the training and development they need to constantly improve their knowledge and skills. This will include the utilisation of interactive e-learning courses, downloadable training documents and online briefing materials. At structured intervals our Field Team Trainers will also conduct in-store assessments and evaluations with additional training and guidance provided as appropriate.
Head Office Support - All field team members will regularly receive support and advice from our Head Office based Support Team. They will also receive regular feedback from the National Field Team Manager regarding their performance with detailed guidance on where and how they can improve.
Potential for Progression - Field team members that are proven to be of exceptional quality will be given the opportunity of progression. Field team members that excel will be given the chance to apply to become a Retail Development Executive (RDE) or potentially a Field Team Trainer (providing these opportunities exist within their geographical area). Perks of the Job - When conducting mystery shopping assignments field team members may from time to time receive some visit perks. Examples of this can include free drinks (particularly with reference to Challenge 21 mystery shopping), free meals and free shopping items.
