Laura is responsible for the IMS Sales and Marketing department. This involves ensuring that all client enquiries are dealt with in line with providing intelligent solutions based on campaign objectives. Laura also oversees the creative side of all our marketing communications, which includes the web site you're currently browsing. 
    

 
Steve Radford - Operations Director

Steve takes charge of all operational aspects of IMS. This involves ensuring that client campaigns run effectively, overseeing the quality of our field team and ensuring campaign objectives are not only achieved, but are exceeded wherever possible. Steve is also kept busy as a member of the IGD as well as sitting on the Field Marketing Council as Vice Chair.

    
 
Robert Taylor - IT Director
 
Robert is our in-house IT genius and is the man responsible for the creation of IMSFUSION, the very foundation of our groundbreaking field marketing service provision. Rob is constantly developing IMSFUSION to provide greater benefits not only from the perspective of our clients, but also for our field team members and head office staff.
